Terms & Conditions - The Basics

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dynamite Couriers, LLC website and delivery services. By booking a service or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide on-demand, scheduled, medical/pharmaceutical, B2B, express priority, and last-mile delivery services in Dallas–Fort Worth and the surrounding metroplex.

2. Bookings & Payments

Deliveries must be booked and paid for in advance through our website or designated platform.
Accepted payment methods include prepaid online, invoice, or cash on delivery (COD).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are fully refundable.
Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
Liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items is limited to $100 per shipment unless additional coverage is purchased.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

To provide accurate delivery information.
Not to use the service for illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

7. Changes to Terms
